Based off what? Fox and other sources have admitted if Ryan was at there pick they wouldve strongly consider getting him.

Given things were exaclty the same, of course he wouldnt. Fox wouldve need to unload serious draft picks to get young. He instead drafted Williams. Which hasnt been to bad.
