McCoy drop to 2nd round?

I think it is very likely. We could have a choice of Mallet or McCoy in the 2nd round. I'm not sure who I would rather have. McCoy reminds me of Tony Romo with his elusiveness and his sidearm delivery. I'm honestly not worried about his arm strength at all. He doesn't lack velocity on his short throws and although he might not be a Joe Flacco type QB as far as arm strength, he is a winner and extremely mature.

Its funny because the other QB that I like and we could get would be Mallet who is 180 degrees opposite of McCoy. He is big with a big arm and more limited mobility. I love the arm strength and the fact that he only threw 29 TDs to 7 INTs in the SEC is extremely impressive to me. He lost to Florida and LSU by a combined 6 points this year. He reminds me of Flacco and Roethlisberger and if we had the chance I'd love for him to be our QB of the future.

Mallet is the guy in the second round that I'm sold on, I still have questions about McCoy, he hasn't taken enough snaps under center to prove he can be a good pro QB. If only we still had a first we could probably get Jake Locker with it.

If mallet comes out.I think he is in the 1st round.I could see Mccoy and Snead and Pike in the 2nd.

McCoy and his shoulder scare me now. He might be nothing but a Pennington.

McCoy has never really been injured you mean Bradford right, the QB from Oklahoma.......he scares me for the same reason McCoy does, they don't take snaps under center.

I don't really know about McCoy. He is essentially in a more run-oriented version of the Texas Tech offense. He dumps the ball of on little 8 yard routes and his receivers turn them into big gains. Rarely do you see him toss a gem deep down the sideline or anything like that. His offense is shotgun and get rid of the ball quickly.
