That's my boy. People ask why? THIS is why. He's already mentally stronger than the two inferiors.

He's not taking NO for an answer. Elite mindset.

Tyrod Taylor was known for being the first one in and last one out too. Maybe he should be your favorite qb. At least he’s done something in the nfl.

He wants this badly. Badly. You can see it. Not personal but he's coming for the bag.

I love his mentality. He's a bully. It's his job. Everyone knows this, even Rhule. Why didn't he sign sooner? Because Rhule is making it about him and his decisions not setting up the future. What's McAdoo for? Not Sam, NOT Baker.

3rd round pick.  3rd round talent.  Like the guy all you want but this nonsense about how he is going to take over is just wrong.  It's not going to happen.

Baker throwing Tepper shade over the grass/turf issue

Rightfully so, you bring grass in to get Chelsea in here knowing good and well that they won’t play on turf because it’s a protection issue and then immediately go back to turf once Chelsea leaves… seems like our owner cares more about a football team across the pond than the football team and his players in his own back yard.

You may be in for a let down. Matt is doing and saying all the right things, and he very well may be the future, but this is Baker's team for this season at least.

I have no doubt that if Matt actually wins the job, much like Russ did, then Fitterer's influence (if necessary) will make sure that he gets the job.

I broke 4 metatarsal bones in my foot 3 years ago and it still is sore at times.  This may just be something he is going to have to learn to live with and play on.

Came to post something similar...  I've had two major sports injuries in my life - a broken thumb and a third degree ankle sprain.  I likely tore every ligament in my ankle and it took at least a year for me to play without soreness again.  I broke the thumb at 15 years old and it still pops to this day and I'm almost 40.😂

It's likely soreness hr is just going to have to learn to live with until he doesn't notice it anymore.

I wonder what corral fans will say the first time he tries to run and gets obliterated because this isn’t college and that’s at least half of his game erased

"At least half of his game"? That's ludicrous. Huddlers that aay things like this have obviously done no--or very little--homework on Corral's skill set. And I'll leave it at that.

So many overreactions to a third rounder.  Hopefully he becomes great for us and they are setting him up for success but there are reasons he fell to the third round.

If there are overreactions, it has been to a now fallen first overall pick.

I know all the purported reasons that Corral was a third rounder, but like I've said for months, half of it was pure bullshit. But I'll bet on his skill set, ability to learn and ability to improve, regardless of his third round draft status, on any day.

    • I want to throw in how much easier it is for a QB to develop and improve with a good oline.  Huge credit to the front office for spending the money on our two guards.  Cade Mays also had a 2nd really good game starting at center.  Love how he has developed and hope he's the real deal. Look at what Stroud is dealing with now in Houston after injuries and problems with their oline.  Strouds accuracy has been greatly affected as it seems like he doesn't trust his protection. Canales is doing a great job developing Bryce.  I think the QB whisperer might be for real. And obviously big props to Bryce.  First round pick that looks horrible in his first year.  Different coaches and systems.  Fans and media are calling him the biggest bust in NFL history and he looked like it in the first two games this year.  Gets benched.  Young man keep his cool and just continued to work and only worry about what he can control.  I hope things continue like this and we end up with a great success story. Bryce Young kept pounding.
    • Outside of Philly (who currently is #3 in pass defense) the rest of our remaining opponents are bottom 1/3 of the League in that regard.  Let's see what Bryce can do versus bad pass Ds.
