Tepper aggress in 2020 to get a Charlotte FC facility built...

Its mid 2022 and they haven't even broke ground yet, with no plans to do so (really) in the near future

They pull out of the deal so they can get something done faster

The same 8 huddlers who get massive boners when they see Tepper negative press rush to the huddle to type their hearts out

Rinse and repeat

 

Just like Rock Hill, the area politicians/city managers are really letting this team down. Tepper is investing his own money in these communities, but the communities continue to drag ass and swing and miss

I very much enjoyed Eastland in the 90's. Great memories there. If you want a discussion about the city and how the surrounding area has been neglected over the years I'll listen and we likely won't disagree one iota about who is to blame for that. But this thread is about the Carolina Panthers owner and so far as a local business man failure is all he is known for. Jerry Richardon was raked over the coals frequently over the years for different reasons and usually rightfully so. If criticism of billionaires bothers some people so much they should take it to Twitter with the rest of the folks who worship the ultra wealthy daily.

Ex-contractor here thats help build various city building such as court houses etc. Heres what I learned- if a project is delayed and you dont know why/havnt heard, its the city/state fault. I can not even begin to explain the sheer incompetence of going before the board members asking for permits and NO ONE has the slightest clue what it takes to do so. I will not get started on why they changes the plans, beyond shocked we get anything done.... They never built one god dam thing in their whole lives.

Plus becoming biggest huddle is the environmental leadership in their ears........you have NO idea what type of silliness they are capable of. Those people should live by their words; live in homes that dont contain wood, steel, or oil. I have never found one, most live in multi-million dollar homes with more wood than whole neighborhoods. Its such a fuging joke...

I want to see the East side thrive again. The city has been dragging their feet for the last decade. They keep hoping someone just takes the property of their hands but this is the 3rd time it’s been meh.

Atrium is still in it but I have a feeling that it’s gonna not be the same as originally thought.

Meh, this is like Rhule fan club claiming irrational Rhule hate…..when the the national consensus on Rhule basically is the exact same narrative the haters dare utter.  

Tepper Sports is setting off a ton of red flags.  It just is what it is.

Well even if you get your wish the East side would just look like other parts of Charlotte that are over developed with new expensive housing and condos that are priced out for many of the people who already live in the area. Charlotte isnt the city it used to be and simple greed is the reason.

It's sad that you simply cannot see the difference between simple disdain for a  human being's performance  and going on the huddle posting post after post hating on a person. 

If I disliked a person that much, I just wouldn't post.  I would consider it a lost season and  wouldn't watch.  There's more to life to just hating on a person on the Huddle.  Go outside CRA.
