It's no doubt a combination of the two. Collins wasn't the threat to pass that Young now is. To use a cliche, teams must pick their poison and focus on stopping the run or stopping Young (who, of course, can also run a little bit).

There's no way it's just Johnson, though, as he was putting up some good numbers with Collins at the helm.
