I think Joe Brady likely has a bright future in football but NFL OC was too much too soon for him.

Very possible. People are so impatient these days that this sort of thing happens a lot.

Everyone who's worked with him says he has a bright football mind. Maybe more experience will help him get where he wants to be

Joe Brady is a passing guy.  He didn’t belong here.   Which was a problem.  He also had to develop and we have too many other issues for that.

and we had a green passing OC and gave him  Sam Darnold and a bad OL LMAO.   Gee I wonder why that failed.   A rookie RB who couldn’t catch. Better OCs couldn’t of made it work in Carolina last year given the talent.

but my stance doesn’t change.  He wasn’t the problem.  Just a problem.   Much bigger problems in Carolina than Brady.  Starts with Rhule.   He has been the primary one.  He has put things together that fail by design.  That was our offense in 2021.

Nothing wrong with 2020.  We over achieved all things considered.

I agree with "He didn’t belong here. "

The offense was the biggest problem last year and as OC, Joe Brady was responsible for that offense.  Sims said in the video that  even with as bad as Darnold was, Brady deserved to be fired.  Darnold's lowest PR and lowest QBR was WITH JOE BRADY.  That includes all 3 Jets years.

He wasn't a scapegoat.

You honestly believe running the same plays over and over, series to series, year to year is a minor problem?  Seriously?  You believe that?  It wouldn't be considered a big problem in your world?  Honestly?

Your post just proves my point that the incessant Joe Brady  defense is just repackaged Rhule hate.  Anything to hate on Rhule, even it means criticizing Brady's firing.  Its Rhule derangement syndrome.

I did. In fact you may not realize this, but I can quote it.

But I did it. Why would you ask me to provide links to prove something you said?

You asked for links to prove what I said.  And I did.

Prove your own statements.

Honestly, it was all Darnold could handle in all likelihood. They didn't just wantonly decide to hold Darnold out of preseason. Once they actually saw for themselves how limited of a QB he was they knew they had to hide him as long as possible. They couldn't allow any nonessential film of him playing in our offense to exist for opposing DCs to study.

Why were his stats worse here than the Jets?

Hey let me guess, Matt Rhule messed him up.

His stats were very similar to his last season with the Jets. This is just who he is.

Joe Brady is gone but we were still very determined to move on from Darnold as our starter this season for a reason.

You mad as hell. 😂

Joe Brady wasn't ready to be an NFL OC. He may not ever he for all I know. Not sure how I'm a "Brady lover". But you do you I guess. 😂
