I hope so but I just read an article where ProFootball Focus ranks their roster 5th best in the NFC and 11th overall. Also ranks their defense #3 in NFC. Their o line will take a step back but they seem loaded at virtually every other position. It will come down to if the QB delivers

We are a playoff team IMO.  The NFC is seriously down overall.  Our schedule is tougher but I think this team makes strides this season

On that front, here's a "string theory" type observation...

Let's say Rhule is fired.

THE OL coach for the Browns over Mayfield's last two seasons was Bill Callahan.

Callahan's son Brian is said to have a good chance at becoming an NFL head coach in the coming years.

Mind you, there's no guarantee Mayfield stays here beyond this season. Nor is it known what type of relationship he and Callahan have...

...but hey, it's a thought
