3 way trade idea..

I didn't break down the money so it might not work due to contracts.. 

But here we go..

Brooklyn gets Terry, Gordon, and Boukight  from hornets Gabe Vincent, Duncan,  2 1st and 2nds.. (1 1st from Charlotte and 2 2nds the other 1st from Miami)

Miami gets KD 

Charlotte gets Herro, and Ben Simmons

The biggest benefit is getting off of Gordon and Terry's contracts..

Simmons is a swing for the fence move.. He still young and when playing is 1 of the best perimeter defenders in the league...

If he doesn't work you still get off those horrible contracts and Herro..

If you know basketball.. Having a 3/4  excellent wing and inside defender who is a ball mover and superior driver and cutter to the basket is perfect for Lamelo...

So basically a bigger version of LaMelo that can’t shoot? The ball should be in LaMelo’s hands the majority of the time during the run of play. If Simmons were acquired then he’d need the ball in his hands to make any sort of impact. In reality, Simmons’ defensive game is the only intriguing thing about him. Literally the only thing that separates Simmons from a player like MKG is Simmons ability to handle the basketball, something that isn’t important to the Hornets.

The perfect wing for LaMelo is an inside out player, unfortunately, that player just got arrested. Someone who gets into the lane as often as LaMelo doesn’t need another player that is going to spend most of their time in the lane.

No a better younger  version of Hayward mix with Miles.. Without the jump shot ofcourse.. Having 2 guys who can move the ball and run the offense helps the scorer side of Lamelo also.. Again not to mention the excellent defender  rebounder and finisher were losing with Miles stupidity... 

Again it's a swing for the fence move and only part of the deal.. You still get off of 2 Badly aging contracts and get A pure shooter in Herro..

Do you truly expect the offense to be "Please Melo do everything " ?? That no different then the Kemba Years.. 

Having 2 guys who can run the offense and create their own offense on the court together is the new NBA. 

That was the whole reason in getting Gordon.. Ben can do similar things (without the jumpshot ofcourse).. In being another ball mover and offense setter..

I like Herro, would just prefer to use the money going to Simmons elsewhere.
