um yeah they do. there's a little bit of spread thrown in but they throw downfield, outs, and digs plenty.

at least they did when he was in there.

uh no I didn't

um no they don't

Bradford plays in the shotgun..He is a very accurate with the short stuff. But i will need to see more of him.

This years class is filled with ok QB..nothing more.none of them pop out at and say this guy is a must have franchise QB..

I love the "there's no sure fire franchise QB in this draft". There's no such thing, and never has been. What's been mentioned in this class is as close as you're going to get just about every year. Everyone loves to think that QB's like Peyton were guaranteed, but Mr. Leaf was selected right after he was.

There are guys with winning material in this draft. I'm just not sure that we'd want them to play in year 1. So, might as well go ahead and start over as far as the coaching staff once the season is over. If that's the route you wanna go.

There were seven QBs taken in the first round in 1983. Elway was probably the only one in the "can't miss" category. Maybe Jim Kelly. Marino had a terrible senior year at Pittsburgh.

There is a such thing..but it can and will be wrong at times.

What i am saying is that..theres no QB IMO..that would make me want to trade up in round 1 to get.I rather stay in the 2nd and get a guy there.

Same here. We should stick with the picks & stop trading one around. It would be nice if we could get a good QB in the 2nd or 3rd round like Pats did when they got Brady. If only we can get lucky & get the right QB that can be successful with how we been terrible for years with never getting a great starting QB. Even when Fox & Hurney weren't here, we still suck at finding a good one for long-term. :(

We could draft a QB with our first 3 picks in this draft and that would not bother me at all.

Something has to be done to fix the disaster that Fox has done with our QB position.

Amen! If you do not have eli manning, p. rivers, b. roethlisberger, m ryan, flacco, stafford, or sanchez then you should be looking for your next QB. I don't mean all of the above will be great but if you have flacco, stafford, ryan or sanchez you can probably pass for another yr or two. Otherwise you should be trying to find one. Brady is not getting any younger and neither is Breess and Manning. Belichick took a QB last year, Hoyer and he has played and halfways decently too.

1. Moore will start next week. Jake has no touch on the deep ball any more. He's throwing ducks.

2. Fox will stay if the team finishes 7-9 or better. He's gone with 6-10 or worse.

3. Team will trade Smitty if they can get a number one for him, with which they will select a quarterback. WRs easier to find than QBs who can win for you in free agency.

4. Panthers will bring in some free agent QBs this week. Maybe even Garcia.

1. I'd like to hope, but I'll believe it when I see it.

2. This is what I also said earlier in the year.

3. Makes sense. Jimmy Claussen is my favorite choice of the moment.

4. Was going to disagree with the idea, but I see you already corrected yourself.

How did I know you would mention Smitty??? Can you answer me that

Fox is gone, period. He's not getting an extension. His time is up. And if Hurney is here, he's not trading Smith. You got it backwards. Its several QB's out there, hardly any receivers

I'm just not sold on Clausen. He seems to be more a product of ridiculous WR play from Tate and Floyd rather than his throws. Not to mention they really haven't played many defenses worth anything. USC, Pitt, BC, and Navy are the only ones in the top 50. Only three of the teams they've played are top 40 pass defense (Navy, Pitt, Purdue) and all three are in the 40s in the rankings.

Because he is the only leverage the Panthers have for a first rounder.
