They can’t be THAT incompetent…could they?

I could see them starting Ekwonu at LG to start out, and that’s not necessarily a bad thing. I could think of worse lineups (and Lord knows we’ve had our share) than an OL with Christensen-LT, Ekwonu-LG, Bozeman-C, Corbett-RG and Moton-RT. That’s a solid OL with the best interior we’ve had in awhile.

Yeah, that dude has killed my enthusiasm for much of anything Panthers related. 

But, if at least a couple of these young players pan out, we have something to build on for the next staff.

I don't think anyone on this team has earned a day off for mini-camp. Many of them took the bulk of the season off last year. Everyone needs as many reps as they can get.

I know that we have good O line coaching with Campen who played in the NFL and coached several teams most notably Green Bay. He has a reputation for taking midrounders and turning them into quality starters.  Look up and down the coaching roster. This is what we should have had for Rhules first season. Coupled with less micromanagement and letting your team win for you. He is learning to live his own preaching by changing his approach and do what he does best which is player interaction and getting buy in from the vets by making them coaches. I found his comments about letting the players take over and coach very refreshing. I just wish he was less of a sexual intellectual.

Because most of the NFL gives their vets the first day of minicamp off.
