The Panthers are the worst rated team in Madden 23

Recommended Posts

Madden is what happens when a once awesome video game buys off all the competition and just regurgitates the same garbage year and year and people still buy. It has been irrelevant for at least a decade. I think the last one I bought had Drew Brees on the cover.

game was a big deal though when I was in college

In 2010 all the analyst were saying we are one of the worst teams in the NFL.
As a fan I didn’t believe it. Thinking we were good enough to get to the playoffs with Matt Moore.
Season began and rest is history. Don’t know if the team would have won more if Moore hadn’t gotten injured but the analysts were right.
Today the same thing is happening.
Not saying that Madden is an analyst and good at predicting bad teams, but there is an aura surrounding this team and that aura is bad team stink.

yea maybe not a good analyst but statistically the worst and the best are the easiest picks and don’t need all that much effort lol

we suck

dammit I wanted to like Tepper but he clearly has no idea what he is doing

My son will probably be texting me this at some point. I raised him as a Panthers fan, but he talks sh¡t about the team to me as if he wasn't, and then watches the games with me (until we absolutely start sucking), and says things like, "See, I told you, y'all Panthers fans are delusional... [blah blah blah]"

Just some dude on twitter:

A connection with ties to EA development helped me receive EA Player Rating Metric Code c++, I filter out and sort with abto and pipefly software.

He doesn't know that is the final rating.  We are not the worst in the beta.   He may be right.  He may not.

I know it doesn't take away from the fact that we suck atm.  So the huddle  can still revel in that.

Three straight five win seasons have pretty much weeded out the majority of the delusional and the fairweather.

    • Real Estate Developer here..  So I develop real estate, so I am inadvertently intertwined with real estate agents - I am not one.  I have a love/hate relationship with them.  The industry like most is dominated by the top 20%. The top 20% can make a 7 figure income, while the bottom 80% are mostly your average joes. There is no second place The thing to remember as an agent is that there is no second place. Either you get the listing/sale or you dont. You can be working with a perspective seller for ages, giving them free consulting advice or home valuations and at the last second they might choose another agent to list with.. cause thats their kids friends dad.. You did all the work - you get nothing.  As an agent you might even be working with a buyer for months trying to find the perfect house only for them to really just 'like looking' and never being serious - you get nothing.  The best (beginner) agents will sit on the phone all day long, talking to people, volunteering on community organizations and being out in the community as there is a 'guilt' factor with selecting one. If Agent Bob is on your church committee there is a higher chance than not that you will hire him over the agent you see in a bill board.   Once your successful.. Once you have made a name for yourself it gets easier. People just think of you because they have seen your sign or they know of someone that have used you. Eventually people just start calling you.  The easiest way to make money as an agent is to get the listing. Once you get the listing your only need to post the listing and now all the other agents are trying to find a buyer. The best way to get listings is to do all the things previously mentioned.    Its not fair.  Because there is no money for 2nd place, agents are known to try to steal listings, or they will offer less of a split commission. AKA The listing agent will get 4% the selling agent will get 2%.  When an agent lists the sale like that some buying agents will simply not show your home to their clients.. even it ifs what they are looking for. So as a home owner, you should ask how they intend to split the commission.  Years ago I hired the top agent in our area to sell my home. They sold it in 24 hours and I paid THOUSANDS in commissions. I mentioned how I thought it was kind of BS that he "did nothing" and I paid so much. His response was one that has stuck with me. He said, "when you hire me, you are paying for the 30+ years of experience that I have. Because of my experience I have a book of 30 people that are looking for a 500k home and 40 people looking for a 400k home. I can sell your home fast people I have built a book of business. That is what you are paying for"   So I would agree that I think that agents make too much money for what they do. But I also have seen far too many people get into real estate, only to quit and go back to their regular job because they always came in 2nd.  Happy to answer more questions if you have.
    • I think if he sucks we'll feel better about losing that pick. That's the solace. Such as it is.  It is strength on strength our O vs their D, and the other sides are weakness vs weakness. DJ will be motivated but they have to get it to him.
    • I'm still trying to figure out the gap between a Bryce Young and a Stetson Bennet in the eyes of media and scouting. Aside from age and off the field behavior they are essentially the same player.
