Yeah. I can’t put my finger on what the issue is. 
 

I think Rod is great, but something is amiss. 4 years and the same issues it seems.

I'd take losing in the playoffs over a ten year drought..... I personally think Rods done the best he can with what he has to work with, We are stuck with Anderson/Raanta..

 

I say sign Nino,TDA,Necas let trockeck walk and two money at Flip F or Johnny Gudreu.....

 

 

The rest of the FAs are replacement level guys not hard to replace.

Aho and Svechnikov need to do some soul searching. They werent even close enough to good in the post season.

Someone needs to take away Necas’ keycard access to PNC arena.

What does that mean?   This was a great season. Deep playoff run, just fell short. How about you go back to Covid with no sports.  Tell me how that feels. It has been a great year.

The main thing this team is missing is closers. Big time goal scorers. Make a run at a 40 goal scorer FA like Johnny Gaudreau, and sign a vet looking for a cup like Claude Giroux. Build the team to make a run. The core is there. Fill it out with quality players to put them over the top.
