Does Rhule really think he has 5 years?

10 wins means they magically found a QB which probably means more for McAdoo than Rhule

May mean CMC played a full season and the defense grew up to be a TO machine. Thats possible with just "OK"/"decent" QB play, tho unlikely.. 

If Mccadoo tuns either Sam or Corral into a legit QB this season, he may get a few HC interviews....

Best hope for now and future panthers is Corral, too early for me to know. Low chance, but I still like the odds given the tool-set.
