The elite 11 is known for finding journeyman QBs or complete busts. The success rate is extremely low, but for some reason GMs and scouts keep going back to Dilfer for QBs.

The young QBs from the elite 11 in the NFL now tend to stick around for 5 years like a Darnold or Rosen. Fields is going through the ringer in Chicago now. I'm sure he will receive the Darnold treatment when Chicago gives up on him in a couple seasons. You have a better shot at finding an undrafted QB to take you to the SB since 1999 than an Elite 11 QB.
