From purely looking at the draft it seems like the Panthers org worked perfectly. The GM was in charge, but solicited input, and had discussions, with the HC and all of his leaders. The owner probed and pushed them to make sure their reasoning was sound and logic, thinking about the long term of the org. The owner also meet independently with Corral so he could sign off on his perceived off field issues in case he was picked. 

So for a span of three days we had a very high functioning organization. Very much something to continue to build on and I really think Tepper has developed a lot of trust in Fitt, so I’m very optimistic moving forward.

Not a fan of Matt, but I really like all of the new coaching additions.
