it is a great chance to hand the taints a loss so we won't have to face them in week 17 playing for a perfect season. however, it turns my stomach to pull for the pats. :puke:

Are you kidding? We aren't making the Playoffs, so forget your little "I want to play their reserves" idea. What we can have, to save any face this season, is a shot at RUINING the Saints shot at 16-0. We know how to beat them, we shold have beat them last time, and it'll be in our house. I want them to be 15-0 coming in, because I know we can win that game.

i root for ties when i hate both teams. either that or the stadium collapsing, sparing the lives of the innocent people, but not the players.

I know i'm a sick individual but i really don't give a crap.

except for welker... the only one i like. i wish we had him.

I for one would love the Saints to come in 15-0. They know as well as we do. We can beat them. It would also be great if we need the Win to backdoor our way into the playoffs.

I hate NE too so there is no way I pull for the Pats to win anything. I think Bilicheat is the biggest poor sport in the game. Every game he loses he either doesn't shake hands at all or give a half hearted shake. I think we can beat NE too. Meeks has had won against NE and I think we have a better defense than he had when he beat them.

You want to give up...That is your choice. I believe as long as we have a mathematical possibility, I believe we can turn it around and get in. I knew I would catch grief over that. I guess this is the difference between a fair weather fan YOU and ME a true fan who stands behind his team and believes they can get it done.

I don't think we have ANY game that is not winnable. I think we can take NYJ, TB, Minnesota, NE, NYG and NO. We have to get it together but We can do it.

If we do get eliminated then 2009 was just not our year. I will be onboard in 2010 and beyond.

    • And we just started playing competitive football. Now look we beat a decent team. We can celebrate winning, it will be ok…
    • It doesn't matter if you give him a new WR1. To do it you have to devoted MORE resources to him. At some point you have to stop or there's nothing left for the defense. Our defense looks like scrubs because that's what we've got because we've spent a shitload on offense. He got a 1st round WR and a shiny new RB in round 2.  Bryce had a couple of good games but we are not competing against the Chiefs or Eagles. They're headed to the playoffs with realistic SB aspirations and we're headed to a top 10 pick. Those teams have competed for an entire season where the Panthers have ummm... They've almost gotten to as many wins as Matt Rhule in a season.  Would you rather have Bryce or Lamar? Because we've spent more on Bryce and to build around him than what it would have cost to trade for Lamar.  This team can't get better when it's having to devote everything to making it possible for our #1 QB god to play average NFL football.  I may end up being wrong and Bryce may become the GOAT. But one thing you won't see me doing is flip flopping on where I stand every couple of weeks because he has good or bad games. I think Bryce is our version of Daniel Jones and I think we're going to fug ourselves pretending he's Pat Mahomes.
