Happy Thoughts.  We could have taken Pickett at 6 and have no tackle.

I like how this worked out.  Instead we got a stud ot AND a qb to give us hope.

Two decade ago was the last time this happened in the NFL draft with 1 QB going in the 1st round a GOAT was born in the 6th round. Two decades before that the previous GOAT was born in the later part of the draft.

The next GOAT at QB is coming from this draft!

I bet Sam Howell drops to the 5th round and we take him or we package our 2 high picks in the 5th round to trade up into the top of the 4th and take Sam.

Would be so much fun to watch.

Similar to the year when Redskins took RG3 and Kirk Cousins except I realize the rounds were different and RG and Kirk went way higher in the draft. I wouldn't be opposed to this happening and think it would be fun as hell to watch them both battle it out to see if at least one could become highly effective as our QB while the other could be traded for assets later.
