I dont give a poo what he did in college.  The point was Norris said people watched these QBs as though they're all horribly bad.  I watched Sam in college and thought he would be exactly what he is now.  These same scouts watched him too, and yet decided despite the fact that he's a complete spaz, struggled to be decisive and accurate as a passer, and repeatedly forced throws and turned the ball over incessantly, that he was worthy of a third overall pick. 

So, my point being, what they think doesn't mean poo.  They don't always get it right.

Realistically speaking though, they're right way more often than they're wrong.

Aaron Rodgers...Lamar Jackson...Mac Jones... Russell Wilson...what did they have in common? They made big time throws at big time colleges and had great, heisman worthy seasons.

"Bu bu bu.....Josh Allen and Flacco small schools!" They were physically imposing QBs coming out of college with big time arm talent.
