Tom Brady is the BEST

Brady can probably lay claim to being the fourth best QB in the league, at best right now.

Peyton is a virtual god. There's no one else even in his class, Brady included.

Number two and number three right now would likely be a tossup between Brees and Favre. Brees is probably second in the end, but it's worth debating.

That puts Brady fourth, and you could make arguments for others challenging him even for that spot.

Peyton

Brees

Rivers

Favre

Brady

This year. And I am totally shocked to include Favre in that list.

Brady is still the best. Lets see what those other guys do in January first before we annoint them "gods" or better than Brady. There's still alot of football left to be played.

You are comparing team accomplishments to individual ones. Don't get me wrong, I think Brady is one of the top two in the league with Manning being the other one. He is better than Brees, Rivers, or Farve. But Tom Brady never won a superbowl, the New England Patriots did. And Mark Rypien, Joe Theisman, and Doug Williams all started on teams that won superbowls. Marino and Fouts never won one. Yet I don't think you will find many who would argue that Mark Rypien is a better QB than Marino or Fouts.

Do you think that Brady, this season, is better than Rivers, Brees, and Favre?

Regular season. Nope. But I trust Brady more than any of those other guys in the postseason. Favre has a long history of January meltdowns, and given how spotless he's looked so far, the law of averages is not in his favor. He's due for a 4 INT performance. Rivers is a good QB and has showns flashes, but he shouldnt be mentioned alongside Brady. Brees is playing lights out and is my favorite for the MVP right now, but same rules apply. History hasnt been favorable to him in January either. The same with Manning. He could very easily go out there and get knocked out in round 1 of the playoffs, making all the "god" talk seem a lil premature.

Hard to pick during individual seasons, but maybe. Brady has thrown more than any of those three and yet has fewer int's than two of them. Farve and Brees have good running game to complement their game while New England is so so in that department.

Of all of those mentioned Rivers and Brady have by far been the best in the postseason....and yes, Rivers can be mentioned in the same sentence as Brady.

Check out wins, QB rating, TD/INT's...pretty much any stat/achievement and you will see what I am talking about.
