The Huddle will be pissed off no matter what the Panthers do or who they select

This is literary what I'm going to post.

I'm just amazed by so many immature huddle just bit*h and anger for everything if the thing or favorite players are not going their way or been picked. They think they know more than others like background checks, stats, medical ...etc than the pro scouts.

And of cause, again their most reliable sources are from the youtube highlight videos.

Imagine a stud LT falls to #6.....and they trade back to pick up someone who largely projects as a RT just to get 2nd round pick to make up for other bad moves by the front office.

we already have a left tackle!!!

Brady played great when he finally got playing time at the end of the season.

I say trade back pick up a 2nd and draft Malik or Corral.

Corral is a day 2 player.

OL is the most important puzzle piece.  I got no issue with BC.  But he has a ceiling and thankfully flexibility.  The OTs at the top of this draft have potential BC doesn’t.

Youre on to it, philly has two teens picks-15 & 18.....Finesssere said he if he wanted to move down, teens were his limits. They traded before as well, Pat Stewart worked there for years. I think if one of the CBs(Sauce/Stin) or WRs(wilson/williams is there iggles will have the best offer of 1st, 2nd, 4th, 6ths, and Minshew/Dillard. Philly needs CBs and WRs more than most....it makes too much sense.

This makes too much sense for it to happen.  It would certainly make for an interesting draft for sure.

If I didn't know better I would think the Panthers were trying to pressure the Ravens to trade up.

Ravens do need CB and WR, those (in my opinion) are the two groups worthily to trade up for. Bama's WR williams is talked about as a top ten lock currently. The guy just had a ACL tear in a bowl game. crazy...

Failcons are talked about targeting WR, so a team want to get ahead of them. But they need everything.....Philly may not want to deal with NYG and trade up with carolina for CB/WR...

    • All options should be on the table. Always. I never loved Gettleman's probably ego driven stunt of running the pick up immediately to show everyone how confident you are of your decision. If the phone is ringing I'm listening. Yeah, you may really like a prospect available but someone on the other end of the line might like someone available to the point that they're willing to do something stupid to get him. Now granted, working against us is the reality that our owner is the poster child for that person on the other end of the line but that aside, yeah we should always listen if offers are coming in and there's time on the clock to hear them.
    • ^This.  However, if some team feels froggy enough and nobody at the top of our board falls, let them jump.
    • It could make sense, but I don't know who it would be if we're talking QB. I just don't see the Steelers trading up that far, it's not in their blood. I strongly feel they're angling for Milroe or Dart, and will be patient.  No need to get aggressive for those guys.  Other teams won't have an issue letting the Saints pick Sanders haha.   Our best shot is 1 of Campbell/Membou (or maybe it could even be Banks) are available & a team like SF or SEA with a boatload of picks and OL needs makes the trade.  Or it's Jeanty and the Bears/Cowboys/etc. really want him.  Put yourself in other team's shoes - no one else is worth trading up for.  This draft is Carter, Hunter, & Jeanty...then a huge field (25+) of late-1st/early-2nd round talent.    If anything, it's the OL scenario.  Seattle or SF are the perfect spots - move into the teens, add a 2nd, and a future pick (at min) The only Shedeur options I see would be CLE (we get 33 & next year's 1st minimum) for 8 or NYG and we get 34, 99 and 2026 1st type package.
