Don't underestimate us doing something  ignorant like signing him to a longer term deal after trading for him.

I would not mind him here, if our evaluation said he could be the guy.  Problematically, I don't trust our evaluators.  And that's the real problem.  If we had solid evaluators, and they said he was the guy, bring him in.  Get him here.  Draft a tackle.

Unfortunately, we can't trust our eval.  And then Baker wins 7 games, we're drafting in the teens, and no chance to draft a guy we REALLY like once Rhule is gone.

This franchise is so screwed up man.

 

Baker is AMAZING.  He overcame the horrific pro-bowler Nick Chub, and all-pro OT Conklin and All-pro G Bitonio and  All-Pro G Teller to storm his way to come in THIRD in the AFC north and win ONE GAME in the playoffs!

actually, i don't really care. not sure too many teams want him. he'll go wherever someone wants him. he's in no place to be picky.
