so college programs are plajarizing and stealing the same shitty brand mantra.

which makes the Panthers using a recycled college "the brand" pitch even more lame.

Exactly.

Maybe we should try "all in" next.

(or perhaps "beat Duke")

Typically, companies don't push their "brand" until they have a quality product. Otherwise, it looks like they are taking pride in the fact that they are selling inferior goods.

Tepper laughing all the way to the bank as the team keeps increasing in value despite sucking.

Panthers about to come out to sandstorm next year!

Seriously though, how flat out stupid is this?

Bad enough that you want to erase something that's been a big part of the fan culture, but for a replacement you offer up some generic bullsh-t that's already in use by a bunch of other teams.

That's the kind of strategy that could be hatched only by an absolute idiot.

Honestly I think it's driven by Tepper. He's been trying to downplay "Keep Pounding" since he bought the team. He wants rid of everything that was from the pre-Tepper era. By extension, I have to assume that he wants rid of the prior fanbase as well because holy poo, he couldn't be doing much better of a job of running us off.

It's working 1000%

Cult leader gonna cult leader. Winning doesn't matter as long as we're working towards building the brand.

Judging by some of the posters here that defend the clown show, it's working too. They are fine with it and look forward to this season...lol

Some people just want to be used, it's why cults are so successful and Rhule is a damn professional at it after working his craft on kids for years. Hell he got a billionaire to jump on board.
