I have to assume that he wants rid of the prior fanbase as well because holy poo, he couldn't be doing much better of a job of running us off.

It's working 1000%

Of the ~62,000+ seats controlled by PSL’s today there are 2,003 available for sale…

…nothing more than a blip 👌

The Panthers business ops are well insulated from the short-term knee-jerk whinging of the hoi polio 🤙

That's the catch. Once you're bought in it's hard to get out. If you give them up you're out everything you've spent. If you try to sell them right now you'd struggle to literally give them away. If the team is doing well you have no desire to sell.

We can connect the dots however we want to, but if they go full force guerilla marketing with this ... it will be hard to believe that this was soley driven by Matt Rhule, especially given the current state of his position at the franchise.

"The Brand" is just too common

Joey McGuire was named the 17th head football coach in Texas Tech's history in early November after spending the past five years as an assistant at Baylor

I not saying...I'm just saying.

This specific iteration of "The Brand" 100% originates with Rhule.

Yet another reason Tepper won’t move the team…

…annuity-type revenue-streams like the Panthers possess are almost impossible to walk away from 🤘

It'll all reset once he gets that new stadium, here or elsewhere.

Of course, trying to sell new PSLs for what he's currently putting on the field would be like trying to charge Disney admission prices to McDowell County fair.

people who are trapped into owning PSLs are going to have even more trouble selling them because what's the point? the owner is going to be tearing the whole thing down and starting over (just like he's done everything else here) so the investment you have is wasted in memories of the past.

and who in their right mind is going to fall for this poo again, especially with a coach like rhule and the state this team is in? tepper's going to have to find another scheme than PSLs to pay for that stadium.
