it’s so generic I honestly assumed it was just a placeholder for whatever they plan to put there until OP provided context

It's so unfinished. I would think it was a work in progress with "The Brand" standing in for what the slogan was actually going to be except for that super cringe dictionary pronunciation key for "brand" underneath. This is HS project level marketing and that might be an insult to decent HS students.

Like they are so desperate they are trying to sell this bullshit FO to incoming draft picks with popular young people slogans. Really sad. "Be an influencer on the field guys!!" prob the next one

So they’re branding themselves as “The Brand” “The most competitive team in football” 10-23 in the last 2 years. No QB. Awww yeah.

Dear lord, who is this marketing team of ours? Social media has been good but marketing is like parody level, generic early 00s.

Social media not even good anymore, that was good 3-5 years ago before they lost people

I get it.  Keep Pounding was outdated.....it no longer was appropriate image for this team. They should have changed it to Start Pounding.

Or as my high school baseball coach would yell at us 45 years ago, Act Like You've Done This Before.

I mean if you're looking for a more appropriate slogan for this version of the team, "start winning" works.

If it's a slogan that's specifically meant for Matt Rhule or David Tepper though, I'd go with "kick rocks".

(or something in a similar vein) 😑

Imagine an established vet walking in and seeing this garbage, talking to Rhule and not immediately walking out thinking fug no

    • Interesting that they met with Walker three times and Cam Jackson twice.
