And I don't understand the We Have To Win This Year mentality. I don't see the point of a 9-8 season myself. I'd rather be rid of Rhule, rid of Darnold, with a nice high pick in 2023. 2-15 would be alright with me to be honest. 

Rhule is the one that needs to win now, obviously fans want to win too but we’ve been losing for so long it doesn’t matter when for many.

Every other franchise has been firing coaches after kissing the playoffs 2 years in a row. 5-11, 5-12, plus another losing season would be unacceptable. If the roster keeps improving as you stated and we keep losing that falls right on coaching.
