If our local/elected officials refuse to provide him with the funds to build a new stadium I don't believe Tepper will move the team...

...but if he does, good riddance. 

That said, you should disabuse yourself of the notion any other NFL team/expansion-franchise would ever relocate here in the absence of a tax-payor funded Taj Mahal (stadium).
