How dangerous is Willis as a runner? What makes him special?

He's about the same weight and an inch or two taller than Jonathan Taylor/Chubb, bigger than CMC, has like 20 pounds on Chuba

He's not as fast as those guys either.

Taylor runs a 4.39 though. I'm betting if he ran Willis is a mid-4.5s type guy. Chubb has insane strength and explosiveness. He benched like an OL and had a nearly 40" vertical. Both of those guys have some pretty freaky tools.

I think it was against Washington his rookie year where cam broke off and turned the corner and the the corner just tried to get low and made himself a ball and cam just went around him and then laughed at him at the end of the play.  The corner wanted no part in initiating contact with him.

Nobody is afraid of hitting nick chubb and those other guys but their tackles get broken regardless...

I mean what are we basing this off of because his on field speed has been timed equal to kyler.. that's atleast 4.4.. but the guy in the article seems to think he's even faster at about 4.39 or so

I've just seen him get ran down from behind by random small program LBs too many times to believe any 4.3 talk. You don't see guys with that type of speed playing Liberty's opponents getting caught from behind hardly ever.

Do you really think if he was could run a really impressive time he wouldn't do it?

I don't think he's 4.3 either agreed. But I think the case can be made he's as fast as CMC who isn't blazing himself and gets ran down by faster guys on the regular at about 4.48. Cam ran a 4.53 at best time in the combine I think Willis at the least is that.

I dunno man... it seems like people think he's more dangerous than we do.

Sounds like Josh Allen and trey Lance... Cam Newton are Blinn... I mean if you can ball and have the traits they are just there... scrubs or not.

What is your infatuation with Willis.  It's wonderful he can run fast.  We don't need a QB that can run fast we need one that can throw the ball.  ACCURATELY and from all I've heard he's not very accurate.

Its a weird horse to hitch your wagon to considering everyone and their brother all acknowledge that he needs a LOT of work.  I dont give 2 chits if he can throw it a country mile or run over some white boy from some school named North Texas he is going to need extensive time and coaching just to be able to start an NFL game and even then its a crapshoot if he can become above average.  The offense he ran at liberty has been described as "elementary" and he didnt throw much in between the hashes.  He has so far to go its not even funny.  How many coaching staffs are goign to have to work with him to get him able to play?

My infatuation is he can run fast a top 5 threat on the ground instantly. And he has a top 10 arm in the league instantly. That's potential. The fact you think he isn't accurate based on what? The Ole Miss game? Screenshot_20220404-170058_Chrome.thumb.jpg.cd026c1db3c21287c2ab22a4e7c50b59.jpg
