Ha ok…. Russ still ain’t a rushing qb.  But if he is one, there has been 52 Super Bowls and if you take him out, there is still 51. Like I said, running QBs won’t when you super bowl.

Mr Scot already mentioned Steve Young if you are bringing up ALL the Super Bowls.  Roger the Dodger Staubach,  John Elway was on the top 10 list for a while (still is I think), hell even Joe Montana ran for 20 TDs. In 2014 (during peak Seahawk years) 20% of Russ's total yards were rushing yards, but he isn't a rushing QB?  You make no sense.  If you call all rushing QBs scramblers except Lamar and Vick then yes, none have won a Super Bowl and by none you mean Lamar and Vick...

If it gives us a lot of picks I’m all for it. Take Corral later I think I like him more anyway

Yes.  6th (6000 pts) >  20th (850 pts)+  24th(740 pts)

We could trade the 6th down with the Eagles for two first round picks and get a 1st rnd QB and a 1st round tackle.

Ok this I agree 100% on. I just think a qbs success and winning a championship isn't 100% on them as many people think. People like to say newton not winning a super bowl is because he wasn't good enough as a passer when other factors like Byron bell and the other horrible tackle came into play.

Winning a championship is a team effort. Not having elite wrs who can help a qb matters. Having a cmc like back matters. Having say von miller on the other side matters. Elite shut down CBS. Its not all on the qb to win a game.

I place the primary blame for Super Bowl 50 on coaching.

For one, despite the lesson that the Falcons had taught us just a few weeks before, Rivera decided not to change anything or throw any new wrinkles in. That was dumb.

Second, and this is absolutely insane, the story came out not that long ago that Rivera actually did tell somebody to get Mike Remmers some help, but nobody ever did. How the hell does that happen?

Eh, I should probably stop talking about it because this is a sore spot 😒

this is a lot to fix and if he doesn’t figure out the sack thing he is going to get hurt sooner than later

At times, Willis’s timing and accuracy become spotty and his touch on passes can run hot or cold. He’ll put a ball inside when he needs to lead his receiver to the outside, or vice versa. The Liberty star is a bit quick to bail on a clean pocket and can be overly reliant on his athleticism. He’ll hesitate to pull the trigger at times and take a sack rather than getting the ball out quickly to his outlet. He tallied a 13.1 percent sack rate in 2021 (taking 51 sacks in 13 games), an astronomical number that he’ll need to dramatically improve on in the pros. Ball security was a bit of a concern this past season; he had a few too many bobbled snaps, fumbles, and picks. Willis will need to further refine his accuracy, cut down on turnovers, and take fewer sacks at the next level.
