Fox was a good depth player who had a mid level ceiling, but im ready to see Nixon in a starter role. If we brought back fox in a backup role, Id be open to it. 

This is part of the business, it happens yearly. No love lost though for Fox.

This isn’t an ouch lol he wasn’t a very productive player even if we didn’t pursue DW4 he’d probably be cut. If it makes him feel better to get a dig in go for it but only the ones looking for a reason to say ouch actually feel like this is a burn.

He wasn’t that good and Is still available.  So oof to him

I liked him, but after we released him, I figured a guy like Nixon (who flashed early) or Hoskins could eventually be much better in the same role.

That being said, it really bothers me that we just willy nilly released him on a whim because we wanted to create room for Watson when he hadn't even said he was coming here.  Seems extremely impulsive, not well thought out, and short-sighted.  Oh well, like I said, I don't think we'll miss him much.
