Where does the "culture" go from here?

Tepper's offering up the franchise on a silver platter and may get rejected anyway. Last year many players look they had given up on the team early. Now that everyone including Rhule's been put up for sacrifice, how will this impact the locker room going forward?

I remember this board being in much the same state when Luck went back to school 

it was a weak QB class

there was no hope and you couldn’t draft a QB that was so raw and relied so much on his legs, who was too stupid to play the pro game

This is the lowest we have been in a while. With that being said I’ll quickly move on. The good news is…if we sign free agent center Bozeman from the Ravens we have a legit shot at having an offensive line and can keep our young team together. We will then be a QB away and be set up for decent cap space after this year. Our number 6 pick can be a Franchise LT. The possibilities are endless after one more season of enduring Rhule and Darnold

Honestly hope that the offer never gets leaked and save some face with the team claiming jt was just draft capital offered so you don't have anyone get upset like Baker in Cleveland. 

Hand Armstead a blank check, resign Gilmore, trade a late round pick for Baker Mayfield and take BPA or trade down for your QB of the future while amassing some additional picks.

Bares no meaning of anything on the culture at all other than the website bot posts some boring crap even though the culture in question obviously currently sucks. That's like saying because it rained today it means the culture sucks and this is proof.

Culture would have improved had Rhule been fired in off-season but I guess now we have to wait until either mid season or end of next season till this clown is shown the door.

Culture can't be cleaned up until Rhule is out the door. The longer that clown stays here they will continue to lose out on players like Watson.

We haven't had a culture since Rhule got here. He dismantled the thing to have bear his image.....which is a hot air balloon.
