this is my thought, Im on board with bringing in watson, even letting him have input, but letting the inmates run the asylum is a bridge too far.  You can get away with it in the NBA because only a few players on the court at a time and the coach is a glorified babysitter, but football is an entirely different beast.

Such a bad idea. This entire thing is just an out of control pooshow. Carolina is about to make a trade worse than the Gilbert trade. It is all so stupid and it is all Tepper's fault.

I feel like it’s a little exaggerated. It’s probably more of having him in on some of the meetings when they are considering staff and which direction they are going. It is a smart decision? No. But I’m afraid the league is heading this way anyway after the Russ/Rodgers issues the past two seasons.
