It is a happy tear, I think he was expressing the loss of Bouye, but got it. Bc of the reasoning behind it. It wasnt a sad cry emoji.

In addition to player cuts and restructures, should the Panthers trade the 6th overall pick (as expected for a Watson deal), that’s a $5,538,693 cap charge averted.
