Whole lot of Deshaun Watson chatter happening out there

Tepper doesn't care about price, he just wants his QB. 

It will also line up perfectly with Rhule's 7 year plan, since we'll need the next 5 years to rebuild the roster around Watson with no picks, no Chinn/Horn, no Burns/Brown, or whatever we end up parting with.

So you've got Watson, no oline and whoever they don't trade or cut to gut under the cap left for offense.  They will build around him with lower round picks and whatever free agent they can afford after they pay Watson 40M a year.

Give up all the picks, but you can’t don’t picks and top tier players, impossible to then build a roster around a mf costing 30-40 mil a year. fug that

I don't think you missed a damn thing. You sumed it up perfectly. I have been a  fan since it was announced that we were getting a team, but this may push me out. This just crazy!

I doubt Watson will want to stick around that long for Tepper.  He didn't want to do it for the Texans.  What makes anyone think he will be down to wait around for them to get their crap together here?

That still might not be enough. I have said Tepper is all in on this, I'm not exaggerating.

strip the team, stack the picks, and send them in with zero chance 2022. fire Rhule, draft qb, profit

give up one season and you can have a better situation

Grand jury just determines if there is enough evidence for trial. Do you not have mandatory jury duty in the hollow you live in?

You know…I would Tepper (pun) all of this “news” on what the Panthers will or would do.  They haven’t made any of these moves.  They haven’t traded for Watson or drafted Pickett or any of that.  I will wait to see what we actually do
