Teams that are tanking do this. Either Rhule is being given a restart and no matter if we go 1-16 he will be back for a 4th year, ugh, or he IS a lame duck and the team is trying to build picks to get ready for a new coach in 2023.

This is my thinking and why I am sadly okay with it. Rhule wont be here after this season. He should have already been sent packing. But now we need to start preparing for a full on rebuild under a new regime. It's time to add 2023 picks and use whatever picks we have in this draft to start addressing the line.

I understand CMC because of the contract/injury history, but Moore shouldn’t be traded unless it’s a sweet offer.

So we really want to let Rhule's regime trade DJ Moore? The guy is on pace to be an all time Panther great. And Tepper is going to be so short sighted as to let Rhule gamble our best WR to save his own ass.

Outside of Moton and Horn everyone should be available.

Moton has a hefty salary but it’s a fair price for a top three right tackle. With Horn, there’s a solid chance that he plays well above his rookie deal.

Everyone else should be available for the right price.

They had a clean slate 2 years ago and all the sudden we only have $12M in cap space pre-draft, not including the Ian Thomas deal (numbers still not out). Bad contracts for Shaq/CMC/Robby/Darnold plus $20M in dead cap for 9 guys no longer on the roster. It's a fuging mess
