Lattanzio absolutely blew it…

Playing Jozwiak as a wing back was mind boggling. I get Corujo went off injured… fine. Shift Fuchs to CB and bring on both Mora and Lindsay. Additionally, our hold up play was atrocious… Jones should have been brought on.

The lineup should have been…

GK - Kahlina

RB - Lindsay

RCB - Walkes

LCB - Fuchs

LB - Mora

CDM - Bronico

RCM - Jones

LCM - Bender

RW - Reyna

ST - Swiderski

LW - Shinyashiki

What in the holy fug happened last night? The team look like they couldn’t be stopped and the second half came out they look like they didn’t wanna shoot it nor play any form of offense. I just honestly think that was quite embarrassing last night especially against  a bad team. I’m trying to learn soccer but I do know a 2-0 lead at half time should be a win almost every time.

While we have some good pieces, we still need better players. Fuchs is a great captain but he can’t hang any more as a fullback. Mora was even getting cooked last night. Miami was subbing on attackers with speed and our subs were unequal to that. We need more speed at the fullback spots and still that CAM role. Also stop bringing on Makoun

Watched the Orlando/Atlanta game this afternoon and it played out almost identical to ours.

Orlando went up 1-0 early in the game and at the 60’ minute mark Orlando switched to a back five with three CB’s and 2 WB’s. Atlanta promptly tied the game at 1 and should have won the game but Martinez missed a sitter and clanked a post as well.

I think the theme here is that coaches need to stop going to a five back when killing off the game. It takes way too many players out of the middle of the pitch which is where the prime real estate is when a team is pressing. The 4-2-3-1 with the outside mid’s tracking back is the perfect formation for killing off a game.
