I'd have rather had him here as HC than Rhule. I actually think Flores was bringing the Dolphins along quite well.

If Flores becomes a head coach again, yep.

Basically he needs to be there two years if the Steelers want to gain those picks, that's pretty much it, aside from being a minority.

I would easily take Flores over Rhule any day, because Rhule sucks that bad. However, I'm not going to act like he would be a homerun replacement either. There were several HC hired this offseason that I would rather have than Flores as a replacement for Rhule if only Tepper made it happen.

Kudos to Flores for taking the role.  It shows he really wants to be a part of the league and he isn't trying to use the lawsuit as a career move.
