nice try but no. Cutler's season has been sad but not as pathetic as Jake's.

Cutler has almost twice the TDs, a better QB rating, and completition percentage.......Cutler is a double edged sword. Jake use to be.......now all Jake doesn't is destroy Carolina.

And to think, all the Bears had to give up for him was 2 firsts, 1 third, and their starting QB. In exchange for that, they landed the 24th highest rated QB this year. That's 5 whole spots higher than Delhomme. WOW, what a bargain!!!!

also, I was just talking about this season b/c there clearly is no one that meets the critieria.....when was the last time a QB that wasn't a rookie started a season off with 10 games as pathetic as Jake has.

Bulger was pretty bad last year. We can't forget the Grossman era in Chicago either. Aaron Brooks.

yeah, but even during the Grossman era he was the classic double edged sword like the current Cutler. For every 2 bad games he would put in a Pro Bowl performance. Jake only gives you lots of bad and can only throw in a medicore/average game every few weeks.....any other guy who was on pace to match what Jake has done has been benched unless they were a rookie.

None of those guys if you look at the first 10 games of a season where as bad as this Delhomme. I think people have a hard time blocking out the old stuff that doesn't matter and purely looking at what this guy has done this year.....there is really no one I can find that has matched his start that wasn't a rookie.
