What is that product? He's not ultimately fully responsible for the offense and, like I said, there is decades of evidence showing that a good offense under Reid is effectively coordinator-agnostic, almost always in the to0 10 regardless of who is coordinating it.

One thing about Bieniemy: Tepper already interviewed him once and passed on him for Matt Rhule.

Does he give him another shot? Possible, but I'm not so sure I'd see that happening.

The Dolphins managed to field a good defense under his tenure, but their offense was below average and there was little sign that they knew how to develop a quarterback. Heck, they even tried to reinvent the wheel by hiring co-offensive coordinators. The only way Flores works out as a head coach is if he found a strong offensive coordinator, which is something he did not do with the Dolphins, and his indecision left them having co-offensive coordinators. Personally I'd look elsewhere for a head coach because of Flores' failures on the offensive side.

Flores wanted Herbert, the GM and owner wanted Tua. Flores complained constantly about tua’s work ethic and he would never be the guy to lead them to championships. This is the same coach who spent 15 years in New England starting off as an assistant scout and worked his way up to the d coordinator position. He literally saw what a good quarterback does for a team.

Head coach Brian Floreshas made it clear to those around him how much he prizes availability at the quarterback position (and prefers bigger, strapping pocket passers all things considered), spending his time as an assistant in New England around Hall of Famer Tom Brady.

“Numerous personnel men and coaches around the league have heard, dating back to last season, that Flores would have preferred to select Justin Herbert over Tagovailoa, although team and league sources say general manager Chris Grier consults with Flores on all big personnel moves and in general tries to provide the personnel the coaches covet. Regardless, Flores was quick to hook Tagovailoa from games his rookie season, injuries have been a problem for the passer since his time at Alabama, and the Dolphins have done considerable work on Watson, with owner Stephen Ross quite intrigued by the quarterback, sources said”.

Finebaum was ripping Rhule earlier this morning and said he is a name to look out for in terms of the Michigan job, it’s not out of the question this happens. It is our only hope to get this buffoon off the team before the season starts. So I’m going to stay positive, speak this poo into existence.

That's no excuse for his reportedly strained relationship with Tua, repeatedly criticising him, and basically being negative about him. Whether Flores wanted Herbert or not, he should have had his quarterback's back and not tried to burry him. If Flores felt that strongly that he was not being listened to when they selected Tua over Herbert and did not believe in Tua - resign. Don't stick around and whine, bitch, and try to undermine the players.

Wtf post is this lol. Tua sucks. Deal with it.

We’re talking about identifying offensive talent with a defensive coach and you smeared him as if the the most important position on this he football field was his fault when it’s obvious that management and ownership is complete poo on the dolphins. He wanted the better qb. Nothing he did was publicly disparaging to tua. But what he didn’t say spoke volumes. I’d love to have a coach like that here. No nonsense, no bullshit. The anti rhule.
