i don't give a rat's ass what any of them look like, what gender they are, what their favorite dessert is, what they do off the field....none of it. Just show me they can put a winning team on the field and they'll be what I'm looking for in a coach.

Rhule looks like a giant toddler with a poorly grown beard.

Snow looks like he just popped up out of a coffin.

Ben looks like a sleazy used car salesman who will say anything to make the sale.  

But so what? Sean Payton looks like a turtle and I'd be thrilled if he would come here to coach. Looks don't matter.
