I'm not so sure about that. Since Rhule, Tepper, and Co want to trust the process, that might mean drafting a QB in R1 every year until they hit on one, sort of how the 76ers in the NBA did with drafting centers a few years ago.

Joking aside, there are some guys here saying to draft a QB in R1 each year until the team hits on one. They claim it's worthwhile even though you're not giving a guy time to develop and you're keeping the team from drafting other possibly elite prospects at other positions of need/want.

He’s probably the best QB that had played at Bama. So if you were ok taking Mac Jones then should be good with Young. 
 

Above average arm. Really high IQ. Top tier accuracy. Can move in the pocket. Not much more you could want honestly. Would take him #1 overall this year.

Honestly…if we could get Ekwonu or Neal this year and Young next year it would make some of this misery worth it.
