McAdoo, what did people expect?

Yeah, but no one has yet to give me any rational reason why it's a bad hire considering our circumstances or his body of work as an OC.

I don't understand the hate on tepper or fitt. Rhule was a Gettlemen hire, and tepper trusted in Gettlemen experience. He does his part of the team more than really should be expected with no real nfl experience. How many team owners have came into the league and their team automatically was in the playoffs when the team wasn't doing good when he bought it!

I honestly expected worse. I thought it would be Montgomery or Kubiak Jr. Not that I'm hyped for Macadoo but it could have been worse.

It's a bad hire because no one good wanted to come here and he was essentially jobless. The dregs as it were.

If that's the case, then anyone would have been a bad hire. Given the situation and who was available, McAdoo was the best hire we could've made (even above Gruden).

I didn't realize "consultant" was an actual job. All we need is an Aaron Rodgers or an Eli Manning and we're golden.

Rhule was a Tepper, Marty and Drummond hire.
