As others have mentioned, Hamilton is the quarterback coach in Houston, not the offensive coordinator for the Colts.

And honestly, that just makes it worse. I mean someone preferring to stay with the Colts would be perfectly understandable.

I mean what more does Tepper need to see? No assistant of worth is going to want to coach under Rhule. Fire his ass and don’t let him screw us over for next year.

I don't think it's Rhule , we have a clueless owner ,and no direction has a franchise. No decent player or coach wants anything to do with us

He's clearly a good coach, he had back to back winning seasons with the Dolphins.

However, he got fired because he couldn't get along with his QB or GM.  That to me is a bit of a red flag, if you have a good thing going and you're willing to get rid of the coach because of those issues, they must have been pretty bad.

Sure, maybe the GM is at fault there, but Too seems like a good guy, I doubt the issues between them were on his end.

As been mention, but I can't overstate this enough, Pep basically chose to stay with a train wreck Houston Texans organization over the Panthers.

Rhule is entering 2022 season on the hot seat and possibly a lame duck. 
Sure Tepper may be a reason but Rhule’s job situation is definitely a reason.

So basically falling out with the GM and owner over Tua. Flores wanted Herbert the GM didn't. They're putting out this stuff about disgruntled players but it all sounds like scapegoating to me. Same old Dolphins. I'd absolutely give Flores a shot here.

Pretty much. He wanted Herbert and the GM either disagreed or opted to be a yes man to his owner out of self preservation. Flores is a good coach. Just very intense and he got stuck with a QB he didn't want.

Its a slap in the face when a guy won't even consider an OC Interview. Its true he will have other opportunities but we don't even rate as a fall back....
