Rhule could probably learn something from this vid for sure. He needs to basically change his perspective about what will make an O-linemen successful, draft people who have shown to put in extra work, make sure the line coach knows how to coach technique and preaches details, is able to identify areas where each specific lineman needs improvement and able to communicate that to the players, and, last, but not least, get players with that nasty streak who enjoy hitting people.

That's what I came away with.

I don't know if he can be the LT, but Ickey sounds like he checks most of these boxes.

That's what I came away with.

Well they also need to carve out 3 periods for fundamentals but Rhule probably doesn't.
