When will Tepper talk about his clusterf**k

Another miserable showing by the Panthers, more idiotic mistakes by his college wonder boy. For a guy who likes to talk he has been quiet for a long time.

I want Tepper to tell this fanbase why we should even bother following this team anymore. He talks about hating mediocrity but has been worse than that since owning this team. Rhule has shown zero progress from year one to year two, multiple horrible signings and other roster decisions.

How the F does he sugar coat this pile of crap and make us think year three will be any different???

Supposedly sometime tomorrow or Tuesday he will talk.

My thoughts exactly. I've been a fan since the beginning and a PSL owner since 2006.

Like others have said, unless/until I find out Rhule is gone, the feeling is worse than 2001 or 2010 bc there is currently no hope.

These last 4 years have been brutal, but this year has been the worst.

I love the Panthers to my core, but this feels like an increasingly one-sided investment

Rhule pulled out all the stops (trick plays & 4th downs) and still got throttled.  This team is NOT just a piece or two short on the OL from competing.   The entire  team is a complete joke. We have some good players, no doubt, but they are not being put in the best scenario to succeed.  THAT is on the coaching staff; namely the head coach.

Rhule doesn’t get the best out of his players. He coddled Darnold from the moment they traded for him. They don’t foster competition. The players are lazy and complacent. This team is complete garbage under Rhule.

If they don’t fire this fraud then Tepper deserves an empty stadium.

    • First off you don’t “redo deals” if you extend someone you can spread out their cap hit, which is something Morgan  and company has don’t repeatedly; along with every other 31 front offices. Also I’m getting very confused why you continually refer to him as a 32 year old corner and reference him as a one year rental. By your logic he would play next season at 31, then atleast one more season at 32. So by your own logic he is at minimum a two year starting corner. Listen if reports came out the Dolphins were trying to get first or second round pick I would be completely against it. But by all accounts the Dolphins are in a vulnerable cap situation and need to offload some players to stay under the cap and it’s rumored the asking price for Jalen is only around a 3rd. Research suggests the average third round pick career length is 3 years, and even basing it off your own logic we could have a top 15 corner for a minimum of two seasons. You do that deal all damn day man, every move every aspect of roster construction is a risk but this is a pretty reasonable risk to take man.
    • sure, but in reality, it was just a don't do anything to screw this up game.  Backup QB caliber gameplan and ideal execution of that script.   Which is great.  You need that.  You often need that a lot in games.  But that's all that game was.  post benching, we were still a bottom tier pass attack and Bryce had below average production as a NFL QB post benching overall.  What he did have was one of the most glaring improvements from one year to the other we have seen.   The top 10ish stuff is just where I start calling the over the top stuff what I think it is.   It's a unique PFF argument.   No an argument that is supported by PFF
    • Richardson looked pretty last year, especially as a UDFA, and I like Ransom's potential. BUT, I would love to bring in a Safety with a little more experience. Either Blackmon or Williams would be a great get and allow our youngsters time to mature.
