1/7 Game Thread, Flames @ Hurricanes - 7PM EDT Puck Drop

Full roster as it’s listed so far, apparently Nino took a puck to a knee in practice Wednesday and Tro(I think) took one to the face yesterday, cut up under his eye pretty good. Svech still dealing with a finger issue was exasperated yesterday too. But all should be good to play. Andersen was in the starters crease for morning skate. So it sounds like he’ll be starting back to back. Feel like the coaches don’t have a lot of confidence in Raanta right now. Let’s go get the W at home.

I think this team is so much better with KK at center, although the Staal line has been a beast of late.

Problem is, Stepan doesn't play the wing, so the Canes would have to wait for Martinook's return before they could give the kid a shot at center for any length of time.

I think so. Some people think he’s gonna he out for a while. I think he’s 15-20ish of January.
