Let us not forget this product is AFTER an offseason of focus on the offense rebuild

While this staff is making excuses for it taking time and the offense not being there, we just had an offseason where we traded for a QB, drafted 2 WRs, RB, TE, 2 OLs, signed 4 OLs, signed a TE.  This is the product. 

What if I told you that week Rhule was signed, before Luke retired, while we still had Cam, we would be looking at Sam Darnold, Ian Thomas, & Ameer Abdullah leading the way come the end of our second season? Our TE1 isn't even the guy he signed OR drafted, our main pass catching RB is a Detroit castoff, and our QB a NYJ castoff.  Just putrid.    

Just another negative thread but we shouldn't lose that this is all after an entire offseason with really an offensive focus.  They were able to handpick like every player minus CMC & Moore.  This is just stupid roster building.

I think the Aints will kick at least three more field goals.  Only way we win is if Hill throws a couple of picks.

Sure I guess but it's not like we went out and made a bunch of splash signings or high picks on offense. This wasn't the New England offseason where like $100 million were spent on new receivers/tight ends or Kansas City trading a first for an OT and paying a premium for Thuney. Our flashiest moves beyond Darnold involved dumpster diving for our O line, and spending one of the last picks of the 2nd round for a 3rd WR. 

Either way, when you don't have coaches capable of designing a NFL caliber offensive gameplan, it doesn't matter who you have.

Not sure where to ask this because I don’t see every play, but when did DJ Moore pack it in for the year? He doesn’t finish any routes. Noticed it against ATL too. Am I wrong? I’m seriously asking.
