I'm as disappointed as anyone else but folks had complained for years about Jerruh's way of operating a football team. His personal antics were just the final straw. Some of you should keep these thoughts to yourselves.

Success and learning takes a while. We have had stretches of 5-6 years of misery years in the past and we are on year 4. It sucks but isn’t unprecedented. 

Tep is a hands off guy, which I prefer, all these idiot moves are made by the people he hires not him. His mistake is who he hires.

I agree, I have no problem with Tepper…he wants to win at all cost and is gonna do what he thinks necessary to accomplish that

JR was a great owner decision wise.
