 You would have to send HOU at least a 2nd round pick(maybe more) just to take him. Along with whatever it takes to get Watson.(3 1sts and ???) And they have already kicked both those guys guaranteed money down the road which is why CMC is already almost impossible to trade. Trading for Watson is about as foolish as keeping Rhule for another year.

As long as Watson is cleared legally, I don't have a problem trading for him.  And I expect the cost to get him will be significantly lower than what has been reported thus far...

What I do have a problem with is trading for Watson if Rhule is still coaching here.  Trading for anyone while Rhule is coach will be a complete waste of assets and resources.

1) I don’t want Watson. He’s not worth taking a dumpster fire and turning into Hiroshima.

Watson has a no-trade clause and has shown zero interest in Carolina.

Tepper isn’t firing Rhule this year, no way Watson plays for him.
