Dan Quinn

Gus Bradley, Quinn's successor in Seattle, also became a head coach (with the Jags). And like Quinn, as a head coach he made a great DC.

Fun thing about him, though. He's likely looking for a job soon (part of the Raiders staff) and has a prior connection not only with Scott Fitterer, but also Nathaniel Hackett

Yeah we went 0-3 against Quinn when he was with Seattle.

Went 3-9 against him when he was in Atlanta

Danny Quinn was a defensive coordinator/HC and most of his time in Atlanta his defenses sucked!! Hard pass..

I thought it would take at least 2 seasons before people started talking about him as a HC again.  You guys are crazy.  He's done a great job in Dallas but their roster is stacked.  Trevon Diggs and Micah Parsons are insane players.

I disagree. It don’t matter as long as they make a good HC. Good HCs don’t always make good coordinators and good coordinators don’t always make good HCs.

The head coach that presided over how many games wher his team had over a 99% chance of winning? We can do better.

One thing to consider: if your HC isn't the play caller/ OC , you'll lose your play caller/ OC to a head coach promotion if you have a level of success.
