Seriously I'm tired of it. That's the culture we had before Cam and Luke.

Its a culture that needs to die now. 

This will happen only when we get rid of the coach that set the bar of expectation on any other thing than winning.

That was the old Panthers. People need to put pre-Tepper Panthers into the dustbin of history. Jerry was mediocre but Tepper is down there with Dan Snyder, Ford Family etc.

I remember Cam's reaction to losing when he got here. He couldn't accept it but the players around him basically said "you'll get used to it."

He didn't, but the culture changed to one that fought and went to the Superbowl. Cam was at the center of that change.

Rhule just destroyed all of that.

What are we trying to build? What's the end game? 

If I had a clue what it was I *might* be ok with it.

It is clear to the fans that most of Rhule's players are playing for a pay day and will be gladly leaving the Carolina Panthers. They have been doing it since midseason, and Rhule has allowed it while not holding any of them accountable for not being team players.

Thats what it's boiling down to, right? Maybe that's the culture, where everyone is just loved despite being losers.
